Appointments & Reservations
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
- A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
- Your card will not be charged in advance—you’re welcome to pay however you’d like after your service.
- We recommend booking ahead of time, especially for weekend and evening appointments, to guarantee your preferred time and therapist.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, a brief consultation, and to relax before your treatment begins.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced out of consideration for the next guest. The full session fee still applies.
Treatment Time
At Palm Massage Spa, each service is carefully timed to provide the best experience possible:
- A 60-minute massage includes approximately 50 minutes of hands-on time, with the remaining time used for a brief consultation, undressing, and post-treatment transition.
- This format follows industry standards and ensures we can stay on schedule while maintaining the quality and care you deserve.
We want you to get the most from your visit, so arriving a little early helps maximize your time on the table.
Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
We understand that unexpected things happen. To respect our therapists’ time and other guests, please follow these policies:
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to book future services.
Pricing Policy
All service prices listed on our website, spa menu, or promotional materials are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We strive to keep all pricing updated and transparent, but service enhancements, product upgrades, or market adjustments may result in changes.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Must be presented at time of service.
- Lost gift cards may not be replaceable. Please provide the purchaser’s name and date of purchase if assistance is needed.
- Some promotional services, series, or discounted packages may be excluded from gift card redemption.
Product Returns
We want you to love everything you purchase from us:
- Products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused, for exchange or spa credit.
- Opened items may be returned within 14 days with a 50% restocking fee.
Spa Etiquette
- Please silence your cell phone and speak softly to help us maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
- Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and spa services for minors are subject to age restrictions.
- Our team respects your preferences—whether you want to chat or enjoy silence during your service, simply let us know.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients. Our spa is a professional and respectful space for all.
