Post-Ski Recovery Treatments: Deep Tissue, Signature & Reflexology

Every recovery session runs with a licensed therapist who knows exactly where a ski day hits hardest. Pick your focus below, then book 60 to 120 minutes depending on how sore you are.

Firm, targeted pressure that works out the exact knots skiing leaves in your quads, calves, and lower back.

Hot stones melt away the cold-and-tension combo skiing leaves in your shoulders and back, layered with your choice of aromatherapy oil and a steam eye mask finish. Our most complete recovery option.

A full day in ski boots beats up your feet more than people expect. Focused pressure on your feet and hands brings the feeling, and the relief, back fast.

BUILT FOR SORE MUSCLES

Real Recovery

A day at Snowbird or Alta doesn’t really end when you take your boots off. The soreness in your quads, calves, and lower back usually peaks the next morning, deep tissue work right after you ski is what actually keeps that from happening. This isn’t a light rubdown, it’s focused pressure on the exact muscles a ski day hits hardest, so you wake up ready for another lap instead of limping to the car

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions that people comment ask for Post-ski Massage

Ideally within a few hours of finishing, before muscles fully tighten up overnight. If same-day isn’t possible, the next morning still helps loosen things up before you head back out.

Depends how sore you are. Deep tissue targets the actual muscle tension in your quads, calves, and lower back. Hot stone (part of our Signature Massage) adds heat to relax tight muscles first, better if you’re very stiff or cold from the mountain.

Massage is great for general soreness, tight muscles, and recovery, it’s not a treatment for an actual injury like a sprain or torn ligament. If something feels sharp, swollen, or isn’t improving with rest, see a doctor first, then come see us for recovery once you’re cleared.

Same-day booking is available depending on the day, but ski season books up fast, especially weekends and powder days. Booking online ahead is your best bet, or call and we’ll fit you in where we can.

After. A pre-ski massage can leave muscles too relaxed for the demands of a run. Post-ski is when deep tissue work does the most good, it targets the fatigue and tightness that’s already built up.
